Grades 6-9
This one-week, morning course is designed to develop interpretive skills, expand knowledge of art history, and inspire creativity. Students will create individual and collaborative pieces using a variety of materials.  (Also listed for Upper School, 9th grade.)

Drawing through Art History NEWMINI-COURSE

Grades 6-9
In this week-long course, students will explore drawing with different styles and materials while taking cues from art history. From realism to abstraction, students will gain confidence in the basics of drawing and exploring their own ideas and interests. Starting with pencils, we will also incorporate color with markers and colored pencils. A wide variety of art historical references will help serve as inspiration for this exciting week of drawing. (Also listed for Upper School, 9th grade.)
