Lacrosse Camp

The focus of this camp is to boost each player’s skill and lacrosse IQ in a fun, safe environment. Each day includes both skill sessions and games. Players will learn lacrosse fundamentals, position-specific skills and team concepts, which they will practice and develop in games and scrimmages. Offensive players work on proper shooting technique and mechanics and learn a variety of highly effective dodges. Defensive players work on one-on-one defensive skills, including body position and proper checking technique. Individual training is provided for goalies and faceoff middies. We also have several skill contests throughout the week (fastest shot, shot accuracy, faceoff, etc.) and individual awards. Players are grouped based on age and skill level.
